Shipping & Deliveries

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch off the shelf items like diesel heaters and parts on the same day as the order or next day for orders after approx. 3pm. Unless noted otherwise, large items which we build to order like diesel hot water, portable heaters get shipped approx. 1-3 days after ordering.

Shipping Services – Domestic

We offer normal or express post via Australia Post on smaller items (under 25kg) and we use TNT for larger items. Our system will display prices and approx. transit times for all feasible shipping methods based on the contents of your cart.

Shipping Services – International

We ship to NZ, US, CAN and UK. For shipments to other countries please contact us.

Delivery

Note these days most couriers will leave packages in safe places so we cannot guarantee the courier will wait for a signature.

Shipping Insurance

We insure all shipments from the time they leave us until the time they get to you.

Damaged Goods

Please check your items when they arrive – claims for damage significantly after the arrival time will not be accepted. If the packaging or goods are damaged please contact us immediately.
