4 Easy Steps to Get Your Heater or Cooker Serviced
1. Contact Us
We will have a quick chat with you to make sure your diesel heater / cooker / hydronic furnace is serviceable and your problems are not related to the installation.
2. Remove the Item
To get your item serviced or repaired we only need the item itself, no controllers, wiring or fuel pumps. If you need help removing the item contact us.
3. Post us the Item
If it’s a diesel heater or hydronic furnace, post it in a post bag (costs less than $20) to PO Box 288 Cygnet TAS 7112. For larger items like cookers we can arrange cheap freight. Make sure your contact details are included.
4. Fix and Return
Once we receive the item we will contact you to discuss its problems before we undertake the repair or service.
After we service your item it will be returned fully tested with a certificate showing its test results and flue gas emissions to demonstrate it is running properly.
