This kit includes the components we replace when doing a diesel heater service. In the case of the 2KW Belief diesel heater this includes the front and back gaskets (four and five hole gaskets) and the burner insert. The 2KW system uses a complete burner and inclusive screen. If it needs replacing, always replace the gaskets at the same time.
These parts can need replacing after extended heater use because they get clogged with soot. The best way to prolong the burner screen’s life is to turn the diesel heater on high for 5 to 10 minutes before shutting it off to burn off excess soot.
