This is the second time we have had the pleasure of contacting Diesel Heat, with a problem and every time they have gone over and above to assist with the repair and have the items shipped to our location. I definitely wouldn't get that service if we had brought a cheap Chinese heater.
We highly recommend Diesel Heat to everyone we see on the road when travelling.
First service!
Best company I have ever dealt with. I left a verbal message on their phone on a Sunday afternoon, Juan returned my call Monday mid morning. Juan was able to assist with my problem & had the replacement item dispatched by Express Post which I received the following day (Tuesday). Absolutely amazing service. Thank you.
New diesel tank gauge covers to replace cracked covers were sent along with parts to fix known Zone twin tank equalisation issue.
No charge and free post after my enquiry.
Proves that decent businesses still exist today.
Outstanding service
