These guys went beyond the meaning of customer service. I couldn’t believe after buying a used caravan with one of their diesel heaters in it That wasn’t working, They walked me through how to check what the problem was which turned out to just be water in the diesel fuel tank and after removing that and re-priming the system the heater just started working. Also they sent me a new fuel gauge under warranty which I thought was amazing given the Unit is probably three years old. I would recommend them Highly to anyone that was looking for one of their products.
