A service visit to Dieselheat is one of my excuses to take my motorhome to Tassie regularly. They are the best in Australia!
I have previously had my Eberspaecher Heater and Hotwater system serviced at a couple of places on the 'Big Island', with unsatisfactory results.
Then I discovered Dieselheat. The first time I posted the unit to Dieselheat it came back literally 'purring'. Now I mix actual visits to their workshop in Cygnet with the occasional posting, to get the unit serviced.
Keep up the good work! See you next year!

Nick helped with early diagnosis while the diesel heater was still in my motorhome. We agreed it was best to send the furnace unit to Tasmania for repair and testing. Following feedback from Patrick on the root cause of the problem, the unit was promptly repaired and returned to me. The unit has now been installed back into the motorhome and is running nicely. Thanks for the positive experience.
Diels heat were fantastic from our first phone call to the completion of putting the heater back in. They gave us good advice on dismantling. They diagnosed the problem and quickly had it up and running again. Turn around from Victoria was fast. Will definitely use Diesel heat in the future.
