I cannot speak highly enough of Diesel Heat Tasmania, fantastic service, We sent our Webasto Thermo Top Evo Diesel Burner down for service. The people at Diesel heat were great and we were very happy with the service and after service advice/care
Diesel Heat make great products; I have used their heaters and hot water makers in remote environments, and they keep performing within little maintenance.
I very much appreciated the over the phone advice, and subsequently the quick turn-around of my diesel heater repair.

Dropped by the workshop and I pulled the heater out of the caravan. The service was done and I refitted the heater.
Operation of the heater was checked and back on the road after a service and workshop diagnostic was done first.
Done around 1800 hours.
The heaters should be serviced around 1000 hours I’m told. How lucky are we!

A service visit to Dieselheat is one of my excuses to take my motorhome to Tassie regularly. They are the best in Australia!
I have previously had my Eberspaecher Heater and Hotwater system serviced at a couple of places on the 'Big Island', with unsatisfactory results.
Then I discovered Dieselheat. The first time I posted the unit to Dieselheat it came back literally 'purring'. Now I mix actual visits to their workshop in Cygnet with the occasional posting, to get the unit serviced.

Five stars to the Dieselheat team in Cygnet for a professional job servicing my diesel cooktop.
You guys did a fantastic job I fitted it back in my van yesterday and it started first go with no smoke
Nick helped with early diagnosis while the diesel heater was still in my motorhome. We agreed it was best to send the furnace unit to Tasmania for repair and testing. Following feedback from Patrick on the root cause of the problem, the unit was promptly repaired and returned to me. The unit has now been installed back into the motorhome and is running nicely. Thanks for the positive experience.
Diels heat were fantastic from our first phone call to the completion of putting the heater back in. They gave us good advice on dismantling. They diagnosed the problem and quickly had it up and running again. Turn around from Victoria was fast. Will definitely use Diesel heat in the future.

Had troubles with our heater .Rang Diesel Heat for any suggestions.They were extremely helpful but being unable to rectify the problem myself they straight away suggested I return it back to them for servicing. Within two days of receiving it ,had it fixed and back in the mail to me. Even from Tasmania they provide excellent service throughout Australia.

Diesel heat are the best.
We were having trouble during our holidays and rang diesel heat for some advice. They gave me several things to check and after we returned home they were very quick to get our heater repaired and back to us. Great service and response time.
