After a phone call to a sparky mate and establishing glow plug failure...which always happens on a weekend, on Monday I rang for help and was blown away by the explanation and despatch of necessary parts and tools to rectify!
I arrived home on Friday and the parts where waiting for me.
Because the Belief diesel heater was still under warranty there was no cost to me.
Thanks for the awesome service team!
