We had an issue with our diesel heater/hot water unit, ultimately caused by dirty diesel fuel. Our fuel filter turned out to be completely blocked which in turn resulted in too many failed attempted starts and a lockout from the system. An initial email enquiry to Dieselheat resulted in me receiving a timely phone call. I was assured by Nick that customer service and resolving my issue was his and Dieselheat's number 1 priority. After diagnosing the problem, Nick gave me multiple options and solutions. Ultimately, we chose to purchase this controller which plugged independently into our system to clear all fault codes preventing restart. Fitment of some new fuel filters just to be sure, and we were up and running again. Nick and Juan spoke to me at least half a dozen times to ensure I had everything I needed and to confirm resolution of the problem. I can't recommend this company and their products highly enough.
