Service from Diesel Heat has been absolutely terrific. I had a very old 2 kW Belief unit and during its life had a small problem (age related) and Nick serviced it and got it going top notch again. During our travels recently and 2 to 5 degree mornings, the old one gave up the ghost. A few Emails back and forth between Nick and I and a replacement was on its way. The effort he put in to get it to me in the top end of Australia within a few days was nothing short of incredible. A follow up question after install was answered with simple and clear instructions. Absolutely incredible, fantastic service from go to woe. Can not recommend him highly enough to do him justice. Thanks Nick for everything.

Dieselheat offers a two year warranty on this product. Upon receipt of proof of purchase of a product, Dieselheat will, where possible, provide product support via telephone or email. If Dieselheat determines that the issue necessitates the return of the product for inspection and/or repair, it is your responsibility to uninstall the product and return the product at your cost to Dieselheat.
