Are your heaters covered by warranty?

Yes, all of our heaters are covered by warranty for faulty parts and manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months. Incorrect installation damage is not covered. For a warranty claim, please contact us and return the product so we can test it and repair or replace. Turn around times are typically only a couple of days after we receive the heater.
